What to Expect
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your reservation time to check in, complete your waiver and complete your payment. Your reservation start time is the time we need you to be there for our process (1) final payment, (2) check your valid government issued Photo ID (3)Tandem Assumption of Risk Agreement and (4)safety briefing. (5) Gear Up. Plan to spend half your day with us.
Dress comfortably in loose clothing. Tee Shirt and shorts or sweatpants work great. Wear tennis shoes that have laces that you can secure. Shoes without laces can come off in freefall or during the canopy opening. A jump suit, helmet and googles will be furnished.
After a short safety training session with your experienced licensed tandem master, you will be suited up in the equipment needed.
When it’s time to go, you’ll head to the plane and load up. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to get to altitude. Your tandem master will go over things again and then you will exit the aircraft and begin your freefall.
At 5,000 feet, your tandem instructor will deploy the parachute and you will float, peacefully, over the Center of the World for 5 to 10 minutes.
As you approach the ground, your instructor will remind you to lift your legs for landing. You’ll slide into home base, grinning from ear to ear, in awe of what you accomplished.
Requirements
Safety is our top priority. In accordance with our policy, as well as the United States Parachute Association and Federal Aviation Administration, we require all tandem skydivers to meet strict criteria.
- Age – You must be at least 18. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID. No maximum age!!!
- Health – You must be in generally good health. See your doctor if you have any concerns.
- Weight – You cannot weigh over 240 pounds. If you weigh over 220, contact Jay Stokes (mostjumps@gmail.com). Sometimes exceptions are made.
- Time – Arrive at least 30 minutes before your reservation time. Expect to be here 2 – 4 hours. Wind and weather can cause delays – and the aircraft will be taking up experience skydivers as well as tandem jumpers.

What type of payment do you accept?
At this time, we can only accept cash. Please remember to stop at an ATM before heading to Felicity.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
You must bring a valid Government issued Photo ID in order to jump.
What is the age limit?
You must be at least 18 years of age. There is no upper age limit as long as you are healthy and have no physical or health restrictions. We ask that over age 75 you get a doctor’s recommendation.
What are the weight limitations?
Men over 220 lbs. and women over 200 lbs. will require instructor approval to jump based on height, weight, body shape and overall health. Please email Jay Stokes (mostjumps@gmail.com) to request an exception.
How long will it take?
Time spent here varies day to day. Once you are with the instructor you will get your training for the jump. From there you will head to the airplane which takes about 20 minutes to get to altitude. When you jump out you will land 3-5 minutes later.
Can I bring friends and family to watch me?
Of course! We love to have your friends and family share in this exciting adventure. There is an area for spectators to wait near the landing area. They will be able to see you before and after your skydive. We kindly ask that you leave all pets at home.
What equipment will I need?
Everything you need for your skydive is furnished. You will get a jumpsuit, helmet and goggles.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately No. Much like other outdoor recreational activities such as golf, pets are best left at home.
Can I register for the Pioneers Reunion event along with booking a tandem skydive?
Yes! We would love to have you join us for dinner Friday and Saturday nights and participate in all the other activities at the Pioneers of Sport Parachuting Reunion. You will register for the event separately from your tandem skydive. Since we have catered meals, you will need to register in advance.
